Samsung is known for making great smartphones and its new Galaxy S6 is now out on the market. You’re most likely to have your own personal view but here’s a short review on this new device.
One of the major issues of the past is that their touchwiz was too much when it came to features, many of which were never used throughout the life of the phone. The issue has been addressed and are now lighter on the features.
Samsung now utilizes the Exynos 7420 chipset instead of the Snapdragon 810 which was showing questionable heat dissipation capabilities.
This model has been designed to have an upmarket feel. It has a slim glass panel and is surrounded by an aluminum frame. However, Samsung has had to sacrifice features for premium material so this may or may not turn supporters off.
For several years now Samsung has been perfecting the AMOLED technology, which is now beginning to show up more. It has excellent brightness and contrast. The settings offer the option of more realistic color rendition or AMOLED colors. It has a 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution which gives it 577ppi density. Isn’t that great?
This new model comes with an IMX240 imager and a faster f1.9 lens.
