Our Return Policy
Accessories can only be returned within 5 days of purchase as long as they are not used and remain in the original packaging. There are no returns for Data Cables or Batteries. Due to the nature of the product, please make sure to clean any Bluetooth device should you choose to exchange it within the allocated time period. Any device deemed unsanitary will not be accepted for exchange.
Accessories that are not damaged can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
No Exchange or Refund will be accepted without the original receipt and retail packaging.
Any Bell Mobility or Solo Mobile handset can be cancelled within 15 days of purchase or 15 minutes of usage pending carrier approval. Client must call Bell Mobility / Solo Mobile and receive approval before returning the device. Any device being returned must be brand new and include all original packaging. Should a device seem to be damaged or show signs of abuse/tampering, the device will not be returned. Client is responsible for any/all applicable usage charges. A $25 service cancellation fee is applicable on mobile phone service cancellations.
All brand new devices are subject to a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase by the manufacturer of the device. Wireless Revolution is NOT responsible for the repair of the device however will facilitate the warranty procedure for the client. Under warranty, any manufacturing defects will be repaired. Should the device be found not repairable by the manufacturer, the device will be replaced with a similar or equal value device (at the manufacturer’s discretion). Wireless Revolution is not responsible for shipping and administrative fees relating to the warranty of the device and reserves the right to bill these charges back to the client.
All Pre-Owned and Refurbished devices are subject to a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty will not cover any physical or liquid damage to the device. Any defects are subject to repair of your device. If the device can not be repaired, a replacement of equal / similar value will be provided. Wireless Revolution is not responsible for shipping and administrative fees relating to the warranty of any device and reserves the right to bill these charges back to the client.
SERVICE / REPAIRS
All services (excluding liquid damage & battery replacements) come with a standard 90 day manufacturer warranty against the parts we have serviced. The warranty does not cover liquid or physical damage. The warranty will not cover any parts that were not serviced or replaced by us. Warranty on serviced parts is at the technician’s discretion. Should there be signs of physical or liquid damage after the repair, warranty on the serviced parts (whether affected directly or not) will be void as we cannot determine the extent of the damage.
All part sales (parts only) are final sale and are not subject to warranty terms. Should a part be defective please contact a manager. Any signs of installation or any installed part will void the return policy.
